Mark is a Founder and Managing Partner with APEX Capital Partners. He brings over 20 years of private equity and investment banking experience. Previously, Mark worked with MML Capital Partners from 2004-2021 where he served as a Partner, Investment & Management Committee member and head of the US team. Prior to MML, Mark worked with The Blackstone Group, Evercore Partners and Merrill Lynch's investment banking group. Mr. Evers received his BA from Duke University and his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Shawn has over 25 years experience in private equity and investment banking. Previously, Shawn was a partner at MML Capital where he worked from 2005 to 2020. Shawn sat on MML's investment committee and focused on execution and portfolio management of the firm's US transactions. During his time at MML Shawn worked on several platform and add-on investments, and served on a number of portfolio company boards. Shawn began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst with a BBA in Finance, Commonwealth Scholar.
