I have been working in the Business Intelligence field exclusively since 2007. Before that, I was using various reporting tools, principally Crystal Reports, since 1994... From 2007-2016, my BI focus was on the SAP tool set, using the full range of the BI Suite (Web Intelligence, Dashboards/xCelsius, SAP Lumira, Crystal Reports and Desktop Intelligence). Because of the depth and breadth of my knowledge of these tools, in my role as BI Specialist at Interior Health Authority, I was often the "go-to" person for the complicated reports, coming up with innovative solutions, and being able to present this data in new ways to the organization, allowing them to gain insights into the data to enable better decision making.
