Responsibilities included establishing and meeting project schedules and budgets, setting up the frameworks for the project, ADA, UBC and Title-24 compliance, quality control, etc... We have worked with many retail tenants and are very familiar with their prototypes, including Albertsons, Lucky Stores, Sav-On Stores, Ross, dd Discount stores, Michaels, PetSmart, Sportsmart, Sports Chalet, Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens, Pier 1 Imports, Michael's, Marshalls, Cost Plus, Famous Footwear, Aaron Brothers, Starbucks, HomeBase, Bloomingdale, Macy's stores, Sears, Standard Brands Paint, Queen Carpet; Owens & Minors, etc... Our team members have been responsible for over sixty AirTouch Cellular projects, including all three prototypes: a prefabricated ACP building and a monopole, an underground vault, and a roof top penthouse...
