Brandon Graham is the Vice President of Development of Array by Raines, one of the Southeast's premier commercial real estate and office development firms. Born and raised in Anderson, SC, Graham attended the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management and minored in both political science and hospitality & tourism. Now, Graham has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry, including time at Crescent Commercial, Grand Oak Realty, and most recently, Four 17 Partners. During his time at Four 17 Partners, Graham built a relationship with Raines through their development partnership and eventually joined their Array division in 2021.
When it comes to real estate development and the hospitality industry, Graham enjoys creating something from nothing - taking an idea and turning it into a physical asset for the project team and community. At Array, Graham enjoys being involved with a talented team that navigates the unique and complex processes of opening a hotel. Each day and every deal present a new challenge, which keeps him interested and excited.
Graham lives in Charleston, SC with his wife and two young sons. When he's not working, he enjoys sports, playing golf, being on the water, and coaching his sons in youth sports.

Chris Scott is the President of Array by Raines, one of the Southeast's premier commercial real estate and office development firms. Originally from Spartanburg, SC, Scott attended Davidson College in Davidson, NC, where he graduated with a degree in history in 1991. Following graduation, he began his professional career in the banking industry, but he always had an interest and an eye on real estate.
After gaining more than a decade of experience in finance and banking, Scott went on to pursue his passion for real estate development and joined the Pearce Land Company where he now serves as President of the company. In 2012, Pearce Land Company and Raines collaborated on their first deal and have since worked together on various commercial, retail, and industrial projects across the Southeast. Building upon their proven success and shared business values, Scott, alongside Grey Raines and David Tart, launched Array by Raines in 2021 to service the office and retail silos
As Manager, Scott oversees the commercial real estate efforts at Array. Utilizing his extensive experience and industry relationships, Scott plans to expand the property development and management offerings through strategic brokerage work, and he is looking forward to creating greater value in their target real estate locations.

David Tart is a Managing Partner of Raines, one of the Southeast's premier hospitality, management, and investment groups. Raised in a military family, Tart spent his child- hood in Wichita, Kansas, before moving to Pittsburg, PA and later Raleigh, NC, where he attended high school. From there, he made his way to Columbia, SC where he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Biology.
Tart became interested in the hospitality industry in 2005 when he helped develop a small Hampton Inn in Dunn, NC on his family's century-old farmland. A project that was close to his heart, Tart's experience developing and opening the property sparked his passion and eventually led to his involvement with Raines. Founded on a strong friendship with the company's president Grey Raines and the larger Raines family, Tart shares a like-minded vision and approach to hotel ownership, development, and management and officially began partnering with Raines in 2017.
At Raines, Tart takes an instinctive and thoughtful approach to decision making. Focused on nurturing his team and delivering consistent results for partners and investors, he embraces change and welcomes opportunities to grow and adapt with the evolving industry. While highly experienced in managing projects from the discovery stage through the development stages, he's truly passionate about creating jobs and career opportunities for those who choose to be part of the Raines family.
David currently lives in Charleston, SC, where he enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Grey Raines is a Managing Partner of Raines, one of the Southeast's premier hospitality, management, development, and investment groups. Grandson of Rock Raines, who founded Raines Hospitality in 1997, and son of Mark Raines, a hotelier and industry executive, Grey comes from a family of hospitality entrepreneurs that has been in operation for more than 50 years, combined. Following in his family's footsteps, Grey has been at the helm of Raines, overseeing the company's growth and development over the past decade.
Though immersed in the industry his whole life, Grey officially began his career as a short order cook at the Courtyard by Marriott in Florence, SC in 2003. Passionate about the family business and developing his industry knowledge, he continued working his way up, serving in nearly every front of house position possible from front desk associate, front office manager, and general manager to Vice President of Development, and finally President in 2013. Over the course of his tenure, Grey has helped grow Raines from two hotels in Florence, SC, to what is now 19 hotels spanning six cities and three states.
Grey's approach to hospitality is centered around people - his colleagues, partners, and the guests he serves at Raines' properties. He is proud of the team they have cultivated, and he is passionate about maintaining a family culture within the growing company. Under his direction, the growing firm is focused on the stewardship of his family's business and continues to build upon the foundation it is rooted in. Grey and his entire team of highly experienced hospitality professionals put forth every effort to be the preferred partner in all development, management, and investment projects in the Southeast.
Residing in his hometown on Florence, SC, Grey continues to be involved in the community, serving on various South Carolina boards and councils. Grey is also actively involved in industry councils and panels such as the Cambria Hotels Owners Council, Ascend Collection Owners Council, Wyndham Garden New Design and Construction Council, and in 2019 participated in Choice Hotel's Rising Stars Panel. In his free time, Grey enjoys spending time with his wife, Ginnie, and their three children, Grace, Grey Jr., and Jackson.

Rhett is the Broker-in-Charge and Development Coordinator of Array Commercial Real Estate by Raines, one of the Southeast's premier commercial real estate development firms. A Florence, SC native, Rhett attended Clemson University where he studied Construction Science and Management and Business Administration. Furthering his expertise, Rhett also earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson in 2014. After having summer internships in both commercial construction and commercial real estate, Rhett decided to follow his passion for commercial real estate. He particularly enjoys the networking aspect of the business and the ability to help others grow their business through helping them with their real estate needs.
Upon graduation, Rhett spent over three years as a Leasing Associate at Ziff Properties in Mount Pleasant, SC before transitioning to a Development Coordinator at Pearce Land Company in Florence, SC. He has since been promoted to his current position of Broker-in-Charge at Pearce Land Company.
Focusing on office, retail, and industrial projects, Rhett provides his clients and investors with the highest quality of service and strives to maximize value in every project. He enjoys having the opportunity to collaborate with other Array and Raines team members to create innovative solutions, as well as learning from the experienced real estate professionals from each team. Rhett hopes to continue Array's expansion into a full service commercial real estate firm that is built on patience and wise decision making, ensuring the best value for clients and investors.
In his free time, Rhett enjoys spending time with his wife, Eliza, at the beach, on the boat, and traveling together. He may also be found offshore fishing with his father, tailgating for Clemson Football games with his friends, and partaking in an occasional round of golf.
