Eka Prasetia Utama is the Managing Partner at ASP and has begun his career as a lawyer in 2007. He graduated from Universitas Kristen Indonesia with an excellent predicate and has experienced various fields in legal practice from several prominent law firms before he finally joined ASP Law Office in 2017. Eka is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Capital Market Lawyers Association (HKHPM) and has also registered as supporting professions in the Indonesian Financial Service (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan). He is currently handling most matters related to capital market, general corporate, restructuring, and merger & acquisition.

Jonathan Santandrea earned his Bachelor of Law degree with a summa cum laude predicate from Tarumanagara University and is currently pursuing his Master of Public Notary degree from Pelita Harapan University. He also has passed the Indonesia Advocates Association (Peradi) bar exam and the Primary I Exam of the Capital Market Lawyers Association (HKHPM). Prior to joining the ASP, he worked at another reputable law firm in Jakarta. His practice focuses on general corporate and capital markets matters, including but not limited to IPO, Rights Issue, share financing transactions (repurchase option, hybrid loan and investment plan), debt restructuring, corporate restructuring, corporate secretarial services, investment agreements, and advising on the companies' day-to-day operations. His professional experience covers acting as legal adviser to domestic and multinational companies with operations in asset management, financial advisor, private equity, internet of things (IoT), logistic services, trading of consumer cyclical goods, energy and natural resources, manufacture, hospitality, food and beverage (F&B) and payment gateway.

Andreas has been in legal practice since 2000. In 2017, he co-established ASP Law Office. On the same year, ASP Law Office also joined the Baker Tilly International network as Baker Tilly International's independent legal arm in Indonesia. His major clients are multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, as well as privately owned companies in Indonesia and the region. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, energy & natural resources, shipping, project financing, restructuring and bankruptcy, employment, entertainment and media industry, arbitration and dispute resolution. He acts for a number of domestic and multinational companies with Indonesian operations in energy and natural resources, shipping, cables manufacturing, chemical trading, asset management, construction, retail business, music recording and publishing, and the multimedia industry. He has advised these clients in their merger and acquisition as well as in day-to-day operations. He has also successfully represented clients in various court cases (civil, criminal, bankruptcy and PKPU cases). Andreas is a registered member of the Indonesia Advocates Association (Peradi), the Indonesian Advocate Association (AAI), the Capital Market Lawyers Association (HKHPM), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI), and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb). He graduated from the Law Faculty of Tarumanegara University in 1997 and from the Master of Laws Program in International Banking Law at the Boston University School of Law in 1999. In 2012, he attended a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration at the St. Anne's College, Oxford University, held by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London). In 2015, he attended a receiver and administrator course and obtained a qualification as a Receiver and Administrator from the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (AKPI). Nicholas Malcolm Watson (Nick Watson) has spent over 10 years working in Indonesia, and has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He obtained his law degree from the University of Western Australia. Between 1985 and 1998 he worked with Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons), where he became a partner in 1996. He spent two years with Allen & Overy in London from 1988 to 1990. He has also been a partner of Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst Australia) and worked as a senior legal adviser in Western Australia's ministry of justice. In Australia and London his practice was primarily as a banking and finance specialist. He has continued to practice in that area in Indonesia but as part of a wider corporate and commercial practice, and he has been involved in the preparation of advice on many areas of Indonesian law.
