TRUST FUND MANAGEMENT

TFM is an Omani Fund Management company, licensed by Oman's Capital Market Authority (CMA). TFM established in 2016 with an objective of launching and managing multiple Funds for the development of companies in different sectors (Industrial, Healthcare, etc.) of the economy. TFM has also recognized the opportunity in Public-Private participation in Real Estate Investment, which would provide secure, medium- and long-term growth while contributing to the growth in Real Estate markets of Oman and also provide a regular dividend income to the investors. To realize this benefit, TFM is in the final stage of submitting a draft prospectus for launching a REIT Fund, to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Oman.
