Augustus Aerospace Company was incorporated in January 2018 and is a spinoff of Pericle Communications Company, a Colorado engineering firm specializing in wireless communications. Augustus has a history of building advanced ISR payloads for both high altitude and small satellite platforms. These payloads have flown on hundreds of high altitude balloons and on over 25 Smallsats. These Smallsats were launched on SpaceX Falcon 9 and Atlas V boosters.
