Coordinator, Aoife handles all day-to-day operations at the practice and is the key person in handling all patient enquiries. Aoife will be the first person to greet you at the office, schedule your appointments and is committed to making sure that your care remains our top priority. I look forward to guiding our patients through their interactions with our entire clinical staff.

Coordinator, Courtney handles all the day-to-day operations at Avenue MD's Cosmetic Dermatology practice and is the key person in handling all patient inquiries. Courtney will be the first person to greet you at the office, schedule your appointments, and is committed to making sure that your care remains our top priority.
As a Patient Consultant, she assists in organizing all aspects of care for our aesthetic surgery patients. From the first consultation, to the surgical procedure Deborah is your contact person for all scheduling and financial matters. Deborah brings over twenty years of clinical experience in plastic surgery patient care. She has worked closely with Dr. Motakis for the last 10 years. Deborah focuses on providing a superior level of service by creating a sincere and inviting atmosphere where patients feel educated and appreciated in our practice.
Dr. Jennifer Salsberg is a board-certified Dermatologist with specialty training in cosmetic injectables and laser devices. In addition to her extensive training and expertise, it is her unique philosophy that patients continuously seek out.
Dr. Salsberg takes a holistic and collaborative approach with each patient, listening first and then working together to craft a treatment plan that remains true to who they are, but leaves them looking like the best possible version of themselves.
Dr. Salsberg graduated with honours from the University of Ottawa faculty of medicine, and completed her Dermatology residency at the University of Toronto where she served as Chief Dermatology Resident during her final year. She is board certified in both Canada and the United States, and following residency completed a Fellowship in Dermatologic Laser Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Salsberg is active in research and education, and completed a Masters of Science with a focus on medical education at the University of Toronto. She has authored a number of research articles published in peer-reviewed journals and her expertise has been quoted in a variety of magazines, newspapers and online publications. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and on staff at Women's College Hospital in Toronto where she takes an active role in medical education.
Madeline works directly with Dr. Motakis to ensure all patients receive top-level care, from
consultation to pre-operative appointments and post-operative treatment. Madeline's goal is to ensure a smooth flow of operations in the clinic, giving you a safe, pleasant, and comfortable surgical experience. With over 6 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in dermatology, Madeline is an asset to our team at Avenue MD.
Parvaneh brings over 25 years of experience in medical esthetics. She has worked with Dr. Motakis for over 7 years as a medical esthetician. Parvaneh offers a wide range of skin rejuvenation services including various lasers, non-invasive skin tightening, fat reduction and a multitude of other cutting-edge medical facial and body treatments. Parvaneh strives to make every patient feel welcomed and comfortable with her caring and gentle manner.

- Registered Nurse - Patient Consultant
Ruth is Dr. Motakis primary nurse and plays a vital role in all pre-operative and post-operative care. Ruth brings over 10 years of nursing experience to the practice and has worked with Dr. Motakis for over 4 years. In addition to being the clinic nurse she is also the practice manager. She oversees the daily operations of the office and ensures that patients are met with a friendly, safe and comfortable environment.
Violetta brings over 18 years experience in medical esthetics. She has worked with Dr. Motakis for 10 years as a medical esthetician. Violetta offers a wide range of skin rejuvenation services including various lasers, non-invasive skin tightening, fat reduction and a multitude of other cutting-edge medical facial and body treatments. Violetta attends workshops on a regular basis to broaden her knowledge and skills as she strives to offer the finest level of services to her patients.
