BADDIES IN TECH

Baddies in Tech is more than a community… it's an identity. Our organization is creating safe spaces for women of color in tech to belong, but the Baddie Identity existed long before BiT was founded. We're building for the women of color who are "the only" in their work environment, the ambitious Black girl who career role models and mentors, and the female executives who want to make the path to leadership easier for those coming up behind them. To be a member of Baddies in Tech is to reject professional stereotypes and to declare "this is what a technologist looks like."... Baddies in Tech is a professional development and networking community for underrepresented women of color in tech. We believe that Black, Latina, and Native American (BLNA) women deserve a safe space to find the inspiration, empowerment, and connection they need to build successful careers in technology... Baddies in Tech is a global community on a mission to advance the careers of black and brown women in tech..
