BANCEASY

BancEASY is wholly owned by African Banking Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (BancABC Zimbabwe). BancABC Zimbabwe is 100% owned by ABC Holdings (Zimbabwe) Limited, which in turn is 100% owned by ABC Holdings Limited. The ultimate shareholder is AtlasMara Limited... ABC Easy Loans (Private) Limited T/A as BancEASY is a registered Credit only microfinance institution, with RBZ under the Microfinance Act [Chapter24:29]. The organization was incorporated in 2012 as a strategic business unit of BancABC part of AtlasMara Zimbabwe. The business extends salary based micro loans to formally employed, low-income earners. The main target market is civil servants, for which loan repayments are done by way of monthly deductions from their payroll through the Salary Service Bureau framework. In addition, BancEASY also offers school fees loans and emergency loans to BancABC existing clients.
