BECKFORD COFFEE SHOP

The Old Post Office was founded in early 2019 and operated as a furniture store, stocking a vast array of curios, jewellery and antiques in the neighbouring village of Kemerton when the existing village Post Office shut down. Business was extremely slow to begin but and in strange twist of fate Covid hit in March 2020 and villagers were crying out of somewhere to purchase coffee, cakes and ice cream during their daily one hour walk or cycle ride. Business boomed and it was decided we'd expand into a larger premises on the same cycle route and similar walks revolving around Bredon Hill. We were born with a a series of outbuildings, a creative community space a quaint courtyard and occasional garden. The cafe has come such a long way since its infancy and we continue to grow and improve. We now have an amazing team who work really well together and even though we may not be blood related - we do see ourselves as one big family... We serve coffee, soft drinks and even alcohol .
