Bibiann is aspired to bring Kindness and Dream to future generations through education. She was a secondary school teacher after graduation. She hoped childhood is the moment to create happy memories and build confidence. However, she felt that current schooling fails to appreciate and develop students' talent. She believes education should develop students holistically, so that they could become confident and compassionate leaders to serve the community. In 2006, Bibiann led a leading education group in Hong Kong and worked closely with professors from Harvard, MIT, Washington University and HKU to design a series of Social and Emotional Learning curriculum to enhance students' Self Esteem, Emotion Management, Communication Skills, Coping Skills etc. In 2016, she co-founded DreamStarter which aims to help students pursue dreams and unleash talents for social good. She is the Advisory Committee Member of Just Feel, an NGO which provides social and emotional learning support (SEL) to Hong Kong schools. In 2020, Bibiann founded Bekind Academy which aims to bring Well-being and Kindness into Hong Kong education as core curriculum. The experiential learning journey hopes to foster students' inner strengths and social and emotional skills, and further enhances their abilities to be collaborative and innovative for creating social good which aligned with UN 17 Sustainable Goals.
