Ben & Bailey's Snowballs was founded in 2015 by Matthew Herrmann and Kimberly Bankard in Perry Hall, MD. For a few years, we set up at festivals and events throughout Delaware. Since 2017, we have tried to find a permanent spot along Lighthouse Road (RT 54).
