Binary Lab Systems B.V. is a company that specilizes in the development and production of Liquid Filling Systems. It emerged out of the urgent need to provide High Volume Liquid Filling services due to the recent COVID-19 Pandamic. At that time the company had already developed a robust liquid filling system with 24 peristaltic pumps, for a specific application of filling large amounts of 15mL vials with a direct feed from a large bioreactor. The time-window for filling these vials was very limted and there was no room for 'error' as a defective filling machine would also mean a total loss of the (500 liter) bioreactor content.. The unique design of this system was then used to build several more filling systems in order to meet the urgent need of the market for large scale PCR..
