Colette Chapman is currently the President of African Caribbean United Soccer Club, located in London, Ontario. In addition, she is a Registered Social Worker who owns her own clinical counselling practice, also located in London, Ontario. She has worked for the Children's Aid Society of London and Oxford County as well as previously for Fanshawe College as a Field Supervisor. Collette attained a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from McGill University with a Minor in Canadian Ethnic Studies in addition she possesses a M.S.W. from McMaster University.

Hubert Busby Jr.

Hubert is a native of Toronto, Canada who currently resided in Louisiana. Mr. Busby has served as a head Coach and Technical Director during his illustrious career, currently serves as the Boys ECNL Director and Director of Goalkeeping at the Florida Elite Soccer Academy in Jacksonville as well as he serves as the Technical Director and head coach of the Jamaican Women's National Program. Hubert is a native of Toronto, Canada who currently resides in Louisiana. Busby Jr. boasted a 13-year professional soccer career from 1991-2003, spending time with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, Toronto Lynx, Montreal Impact and Detroit Wheels of the United Soccer League. He also played overseas with clubs such as Crystal Palace FC and Oxford United FC in England, Caldas Sport Clube in Portugal and SC Telestar in The Netherlands. Busby earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, as well as a sports administration diploma and a USSF "A" license

Jason Beckford

Jason was born in Manchester, United Kingdom on 14th February 1970 of Jamaican parents Dudley and Valdene. He has an elder brother Darren, who also played professional football for Manchester City, Port Vale, Norwich, Oldham and Hearts (Scottish Premier). Jason's playing career started as an apprentice professional at Manchester City FC aged 16 and then signed his first professional contract at 17. He made his first team debut against Middlesbrough FC just after his 18th birthday. At 21 he was sold by his hometown club to Birmingham City Football Club for £150,000 in 1992. Unfortunately, his career was then blighted by a knee injury that kept him out of the game for two seasons whilst at Birmingham. After brief spells at Stoke City, Millwall and Northampton Town, he retired in 1996 aged 26 due to his knee injury. Since then, he has coached young aspiring professional players in Premier League Academies namely Manchester City and Bolton Wanderers for 7 years. Furthermore, he successfully managed Mossley Football Club at semi-professional level for 5 years achieving 2 promotions in 3 seasons, including a League Cup win and a Northern League Division 1 championship. Jason is a UEFA 'A' licensed coach and was a Football Association Level 1 and Level 2 tutor in the North West of England. After emigrating from England, in 2012, he has continued his coach education work here in Ontario as a Master Learning Facilitator for Ontario Soccer delivering and assessing coaching license courses in the Community and Performance pathways. He has built a reputation of being a highly regarded coach educator with a good rapport with coaches and excellent knowledge and understanding of the game. He currently works across Ontario, predominantly in York and Durham regions as an independent coaching consultant for his own company JNB Coaching Consultancy, specializing in Coach and Player Development.

Jennifer Granger - VP

Jennifer Granger is an entrepreneur, volunteer, activist, and self-proclaimed humanist demonstrating her devotion for more humane, inclusive and ethical practices across all industries. As a strong supporter and advocate for grassroots sport, she is passionate about encouraging sport for life for all ages and abilities. She is currently a consultant and proprietor of Finest Concepts Consulting and formerly an executive in the financial and tech spheres. Not for Profit and small to mid sized for profit organizations are her focus. With 30+ years experience, she attends to their immediate needs whilst curating adaptable and sustainable practices to strengthen their foothold in their industry. Previously, Granger had been hands on in a change management role at the Ontario Soccer Association - the third largest amateur organization in Canada. Her role with community clubs allowed for firsthand knowledge of their challenges and dispensing of solutions for the betterment of sport and their organization. In addition to being one of the leads in Club Excellence & Long Term Athlete Development , she represented the organization at various provincial and national events with FIFA, CONCACAF, TFC, Pan AM Games, Respect in Sport, Canadian Sport for Life etc… including a recognized member of the technical committee and women's committee. Granger also holds multiple coaching licences with the OS and NCCP amassing to her disabilities/accessibility licences with the FA and UEFA. The enthusiasm to nurture new skills carries into her business life sharpening her awareness, aptitude and proficiency in her field. Honoured as a multiple MVP, All Canadian & All Star for Soccer & Basketball in her youth more recently in 2010 joined various ex provincial and national team soccer players competing in the World Masters Games where they earned silver and additional being finalists on multiple occasions in the OSA Classic tournaments. In other respects, she has held leadership roles for various sports and community organizations concentrated on youth and females.

Kuizan Weekes is a season match official and a consummate educator. His love and passion for the game of soccer has led him to take up a role as an Educator. He is no stranger to providing education and serves as the Education officer for the Scarborough Soccer Referees Association. He has served as a referrer Coordinator with the Robbie International Tournament. As a Match official he currently works with League 1 Ontario Pro Am League and has been officiating for over 15 years.

Lucky Xavier Boothe - Treasurer

Mr. Boothe has a long history in community and sports. He has worked for the City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry & Recreation Division for over 33 years. He has overseen teams, facilities, budgets, and programs for the community. Xavier Boothe is no stranger to community development. Currently he sits as the Community Recreation Supervisor for Regent Park Community Centre, Wellesley Community Centre, and John Innes Community Centre. Previously he served as the Community Recreation Manager, Toronto District, the Community Recreation Supervisor, Coordinator, Recreationist, and Youth Coordinator. Mr. Boothe has spent decades, advocating for, and developing the community in sports and recreation. As the Head Coach, Women's and Men's Indoor and Outdoor Teams until 2015, Lucky as he is affectionately known as, laid the foundation for the college soccer program mentoring, developing, and assisting many young adults. Boothe won one gold, two silvers and three bronzes between 2005-2009. For his efforts he was inducted into the George Brown College Sports Hall of Fame, in 2017. Lucky's work with local clubs includes being the Head Coach of the Rexdale Elites women's program that went on to win a National Women's Bronze Medal. He also coached the East York U18 Boys that were Ontario Cup Champions 2006. As a champion of the community providing leadership Lucky has served as a match official and as a leader in developing match officials. He has served as the DRC for the Durham region for the past two years.

Monique Palmer has been playing soccer since 2000. During her soccer career she began playing with the boys' teams while growing up. Monique often excelled while playing with the boys' teams. She eventually transitions to then play with girls. As a player she has won team the league champion. She has international experience as in 2012 she played in the Gothia World Cup in Sweden. In 2009 she won the Taylor Lindsay - Noel Award of Excellence. Monique has had experience in the game of soccer as a referee, a coach and also as a player. Monique has worked in sports administration as a convener at L'Amoreaux Sport Complex for over 10 years now. She has volunteered and spent many long weekends making sure games run smoothly and parents and participants have a helping hand. Monique is currently working towards her diploma in Sports Management currently at Durham College.

Patrick Tobo is a Season Soccer Professional having played at the highest levels of the game. During his player Career Patrick saw action his native country of Cameroon including playing in over 400 professional matches playing in front of hundreds of thousands for 12 years. Mr. Tobo made appearances for the senior Cameroon national football team, including the 1981 Central African Games in Angola, and he played for Cameroon at the 1981 FIFA World Youth Championship finals in Australia.
