We buy great houses in very desirable areas of Paris and Reno. We renovate those houses to provide nice living accommodations to folks. We have been renters most of our lives and understand the challenges that renters face... First, we have a viewing application to be completed. Once that is done, we are happy to show you the property as long as it looks like we are a good fit. If you like it after viewing, then we proceed to a more complete application. Once that application is completed and all appears to be consistent with our requirements we go to the next step... We have been renters most of our lives and understand the challenges that face renters. All of our homes are made of brick, 3 or 4 bedrooms, minimum of 2 baths, fireplace and 2 car garage. The homes range from 1325 - 2,035 sq feet.
