Bob Wilson

Mr. Wilson has had an extensive career spanning 35+ years in global sales, business strategy, strategic alliance, private equity investment, venture capital, and startup experiences. Currently Bob is a partner at one of the big four consulting firms and is a member of the executive leadership team. He is responsible for the growth, strategy, and execution of multiple private equity firms. Responsible for the firms Private Equity Partner Eco-System at a global level. Bob was at Amazon Web Services where he was the Global Head of Private Equity for Blackstone, and 15 other PE firms. He was responsible for the global "Cloud First" growth and route-to-market strategy for Blackstone and their 15 minority investment affiliates. Additionally, he liaised with executives at portfolio companies, partners, and industry experts on their cloud-based transformation and represent AWS for targeted investments. He also is a licensed AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. Before taking on the PE group at AWS, he worked as the Head of Americas for GSI Sales Channel at AWS and handled strategy and sales execution in the Americas and grew it to a $20 billion business unit. Bob also ran the Americas Channel Sales business unit at Red Hat, building that segment of the ecosystem route to market to a multi-billion dollar business.

Brian Hult - CEO

Brian joined BNV from Cabot Boston Credit Union and Cabot Corporation. Brian is a co-founding partner of Blue Nexus Ventures. For over 9 years at Cabot Boston Credit Union he held the roles of Member and Chairman, Board of Directors and was responsible for the management of the funds of 800 members totaling over $7.4 AUM. Over the 9 years he held leadership roles conducting audits, loan reviews, credit underwriting, reviewing and revising policy compliance processes, and implementation of member growth strategies. For over 11 years at Cabot Corporation Brian held roles of increasing responsibility in New Product Chemistry, Process Engineering, and Strategic Market Development. He has a history of startups and experience in a variety of industries including internet gaming, performance and racing automotive aftermarket, aquaculture, clean tech, environmental, consulting and marketing & advertising.

Doug Gerber - CEO

Dr. David Brock

Dr. David Brock is Founder and Co-CEO of Liquid Intelligence. Dr. Brock was a Principal Research Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Founder and Director of the MIT Data Center, as well as former co-Founder and Director of the Auto-ID Center (now EPCglobal, Inc. and Auto-ID Laboratories). The Data Center at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology was charged with researching and developing the languages, protocols and technologies to seamlessly integrate data and models across the global network. The Auto-ID Center grew from an initiative founded by Dr. Brock, The Distributed Intelligent Systems Center (DISC) at MIT, which conceived and prototyped the idea of an Internet of Physical Objects, which was later termed the Internet of Things (IoT). The Auto-ID Center was a unique partnership between over 100 global companies and six of the world's leading research universities. Previously Dr. Brock was a Research Scientist at MIT's Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (AI Lab) where he founded and directed a research group focused on semi-autonomous agents within large virtual worlds for the Department of Defense. David was also Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Hangout Industries, Inc. an online 3D social networking virtual world, as well as the Founder and former Chief Technology Officer of endoVia Medical, Inc., a manufacturer of computer controlled surgical and interventional devices. Dr. Brock holds Bachelor's degrees in Theoretical Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering, as well as Masters and Ph.D. degrees from MIT.

Eunice Bet-Mansour

Ms. Bet-Mansour has held several senior positions at prestigious financial institutions. Eunice Bet-Mansour has developed new markets and products and started up successful trading and advisory businesses in her various roles in financial services and FinTech. Eunice has a strategic view of markets, industries, and businesses and creates new bespoke solutions which are executable and profitable. She applies analytical and quantitative techniques to strategic and innovative structuring, new product and market development, financial engineering, valuation, and risk management. Eunice has structured, marketed and executed a number of new exotic and hybrid solutions on the street for global and cross-sectoral entities spanning corporates, startups, FinTechs, institutionals, governments, supranationals and the ultra-high net worth. A thought leader, she has published articles and presented papers at invitation-only industry, academic conferences and seminars. Prior to founding WYBENAM, a strategic advisory firm focusing on innovation in markets, companies and products, Eunice had senior positions at various financial institutions. She headed the Latin America structured solutions group for New York private wealth management at Deutsche Bank and the Americas interest rate derivatives sales and trading desk at Standard New York Securities which she started up. Eunice was also a founding team member of the structured products group at Bear Stearns, Americas interest rate derivatives sales and trading at ING, and Latin America Derivatives at Crédit Agricole. In these roles, Eunice originated, structured, traded and advised on multibillion dollar innovative bespoke cross-asset class structured products and derivatives transactions in debt and equity capital markets, loan syndications, project finance, asset backed securitizations, collateralized debt obligations and risk management. At FinTech company SuperDerivatives, Eunice provided strategic leadership for cross-asset class risk analytics new product development and sales. At Ernst & Young and Actualize Consulting, Eunice provided and implemented strategic quantitative and financial technology solutions in real options, risk management, valuation, financial engineering, derivatives, and Dodd-Frank regulation. Eunice was a professor of economics and researcher in economic theory at University of California at Berkeley, New York University, and Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. Eunice has a PhD in economics from New York University, a masters in development studies from University of Cambridge and a bachelor of arts in economics from Yale University. Eunice is fluent in Spanish, French, Farsi and Assyrian and intermediate in Mandarin.

Mary M. "Mickey" Swortzel

Mary M. "Mickey" Swortzel is a strategic executive focused on software technology, most recently in the electrification and autonomous industries. She has led two companies to successful exits. Mickey brings a track record of providing strategic leadership to board service and driving positive financial outcomes at high-growth organizations. Currently, she is on New Eagle's board-one of the companies she co-founded, grew, and sold-serving on the compensation committee. Mickey has been a voice for entrepreneurship in several publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, CEO Nation, Women in Biz, Dynamic Business Woman, and the Product Startup Podcast. Mickey currently serves on the nonprofit board of Ascension Media Partners board as Treasurer. Previously, she was a Finance committee member on the Ann Arbor Economic Development Board.

Peter Yi

Peter has been an angel and venture investor for over a decade, investing in over 20 portfolio companies in various industry verticals and stages. He has also served on different corporate and not-for-profit Board of Directors or Board of Advisors. Peter brings a unique macro framework that helps identify some of the world's most pressing industry challenges where new innovative technologies can unlock significant value. Peter is frequently interviewed and quoted as a fixed income market subject matter expert on national television, print media and trade publications such as Bloomberg, CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Reuters and Pension and Investments. He has held several leadership positions in various industry organizations and frequently speaks at industry and client conferences.
