Ahmet is the co-founder of BLU FORES HR and the Board Chairman of the "Human Resources Management Association". He is happily married and has one child.
After graduating from the Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Communication, Ahmet set off on a journey to fulfil his biggest dream and career goal by going to the United Kingdom to study human resources. With this ambition, Ahmet obtained his master's degree in International Human Resources Management from Portsmouth University. Ahmet added on this by taking many trainings in human resources and mastered himself in "Organisational Development". He worked in many different companies from private to non-governmental organizations both in England, Germany and Northern Cyprus. Ahmet started his career as a Human Resources Assistant and worked his way up to becoming a Human Resources Manager. To fulfil his career dream, he then became a Human Resources Consultant. Ahmet founded BLU FORES HR Outsourcing & Consulting together with his old friend İlkin, who is also an HR professional like himself, to bring an innovative vision to Northern Cyprus in the field of human resources.
Ahmet, throughout his whole professional career, has developed himself while working at Türkiye İş Bankası, Best Western Group, European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell, Adem Kaner ve Near East University and Hospital. Having an active role with NGOs, Ahmet wrote and coordinated European Union projects to provide equal opportunities to the general public and private sector employees. Since 2020, he has been the Board Chairman of the Human Resources Management Association and has been actively working with non-governmental organizations such as the Cyprus Turkish Bar Association and the Turkish Cypriot Human Rights Foundation to promote employee rights.
Ahmet is married, has one child and has many cats and dogs.

İlkin is the co-founder of BLU FORES HR and the Head of Audit of the "Human Resources Management Association". He is happily married, with three children.
İlkin was born and raised in the United Kingdom until he later moved to Cyprus at a young age. At university, he studied and earned his degree from the Faculty of Education. Following his bachelor at the Eastern Mediterranean University, he moved to Ohio, United States of America and earned his Master's Degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Findlay. After completing his education and internship in the United States, in 2005 İlkin returned back to Cyprus and started working at Eastern Mediterranean University at the Educational Sciences Department, further building his experience and career before moving to Girne American University as the Director of Human Resources. While he led and redeveloped the HR Department from scratch, he also lectured university students in Human Resources Management as an academician. This experience gave İlkin a unique opportunity by moving to Heidelberg, Germany with his young family in 2010 to work for one of Europe's leading scientific organisations, the European Molecular Biology Laboratory.
