I've spend most of my career in fashion retail working with some of the top High St brands. Having held senior roles with responsibility for international markets I've had vast retail experience in many countries. In my last role I was overseeing the opening and management of more than 600 stores worldwide. Having taken a break in 2018 I studied traditional silversmithing and found my passion for making jewellery. In 2019 I teamed up with Vicky to create Blue Marble Shop.
Having worked in the fashion industry as a Fashion Buyer for over 20 years and lectured in universities in fashion marketing, I decided to open an online jewellery store called joolpool and began to sell other peoples jewellery. Then, after several years I decided to study jewellery and silversmithing to make my own silver and gemstone jewellery. My passion for the sea inspired me to focus also on making silver jewellery with sea glass. bluemarbleshop.co.uk was born when partnering up with my friend Phil and combining all of our skills together.
