Charles McEgan has been serving Boise and the Treasure Valley since 1999. He has over 40 Years Experience Managing Rental Properties. Chuck graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a Bachelors of Science Business. He also had a Co major: Accounting and Real Estate. He also served in the United States Marine Corps.
Christy Peterson is a multi-award-winning operations management professional with a career history working in private and government organizations. Christy has happily been an Idaho resident since 2005. In every organization she has been involved in, Christy has been widely known for her ability to bridge process and people needs while managing large workloads and competing priorities; but she never loses sight of the importance of the impact on the end-user. She takes great pride in working with a high level of integrity and keeping people at the front of mind in all issue resolution and relationship management.

Daniel Riley is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a past president and board member of the local NARPM chapter. He's also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has earned the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.. He has been serving Boise and the Treasure Valley since 1999. He is a Real Estate Broker bringing forth more than 20+ years of experience in managing rental properties. Daniel graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and is fluent in Spanish. He also pursues continuing education in real estate and property management.
