Alessandra Susi

Alessandra leads Boston Urban's Interior Design team. With a passion for creating meaningful spaces, she has amassed a portfolio that spans across a variety of industries and project types, including hospitality, landlord services, workplace strategy, tech, professional services and corporate headquarters. For more than 10 years, she has led and managed design projects ranging in size from 20,000 to 200,000 sq. feet. By listening to her clients goals and observing their processes, she approaches each project from a user-centric point of view and creates outcomes of value. Alessandra holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Suffolk University and her NCIDQ certification. When she's not traveling or practicing yoga, she can be found enjoying a book, puzzle or true crime podcast at home with her dog.

Amanda Monaco

Amanda signed on as a Graphic Designer with Boston Urban in February 2018, fresh from a whirlwind career start as a graphic designer for the Boston Red Sox. A 2017 graduate of the University of Connecticut where she majored in Art History, Amanda currently manages all the creative aspects of Boston Urban, with projects ranging from marketing brochures to signage and social media - to name a few. Amanda grew up in Salem, MA and currently lives on Revere Beach. When she's not behind her computer, you can find her visiting friends in New York City, at a concert, or at a local workout class.

Deniz Ferendeci

Deniz is not only a founding partner in the firm's consulting practice, but also a licensed architect and LEED certified executive. With over 25 years of experience, he offers a diverse background in commercial architecture and project management that includes ground-up development projects in Boston's Fenway neighborhood totaling more than 1.7 million square feet. Deniz's ability to not only design, but also execute complex construction projects is a key offering - in addition to his positive, well-established owner and contractor partnerships within the development and construction community. In his previous role as a Director for Dyer Brown, Deniz oversaw the firm's Asset Design + Support studio. His team was actively involved in nearly 23 million square feet of space, encompassing premier properties throughout the Greater Boston Area. Notable projects include Time Out Market Boston, and Zuma at One Dalton. Outside of the office, Deniz enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Becky and two boys. An avid sports fan, his wedding reception took place on the field at Fenway Park.

Jen Dunn

Jen leads Boston Urban's architectural sector. A licensed architect with over 15 years of experience, she brings a collaborative, team-oriented approach to every project she manages. She offers a diverse background in commercial, retail, housing, and higher-education sectors. Her experience in all project phases, from design through construction administration, enhance our ability to deliver exceptional projects. Jen is a LEED and WELL accredited professional, who brings considerations of environmental design and occupant health into every project. Prior to joining Boston Urban, her recent notable projects include Allston Yards Building A, Exchange 200 in Malden, Arup's Boston Office, and permitting a 12 story 100% affordable housing development in Boston's Chinatown neighborhood. Jen graduated with a Masters degree in Architecture from Northeastern University. She loves spending time with her husband Matt and their two young children, especially getting outside for trips to the beach, walks around their neighborhood, or visits to the playground. In her free time, Jen enjoys yoga, trying new recipes, and taking on home renovation projects.

Jonathan P. Dutch

Jonathan's prized accomplishment is getting to be the loving father to Ruby and Esti, and doting husband to Emily. As the owner and founding member of Boston Urban, Jonathan has spent the last two decades planning, designing, merchandising and executing strategies to create or supercharge, one-of-a-kind, active city neighborhoods such as; Newbury Street in Boston's famed Back Bay, the Fenway, the Fort Point Channel and Hood Park in Charlestown. Jonathan and his team have facilitated downtown real estate transactions in excess of $3 billion in the aggregate and the firm's customers have realized increases in the capital value of their assets by up to 203% as a result. In addition to his unwavering passion for building vibrant urban streets, Jonathan is always excited to share his love of backcountry skiing, mountain biking, food, music, and travel with his family and friends. Originally from Syracuse, NY, Jonathan graduated from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He and his family live in Cambridge, MA and Stowe VT, are actively involved in Jewish communities in both as well as a number of philanthropic ventures throughout the greater Boston area, including Horizons for Homeless Children, The Food Project, and No Kid Hungry.

Lisa Lamothe

Lisa leads Boston Urban's expanding retail and hospitality sector. With an architectural background, a Master's degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and over 10 years of diverse project experience, Lisa is dedicated to more than just a well-managed project. At Dyer Brown & Associates, she co-led the Workplace, Retail, and Hospitality studio and managed teams for project sizes ranging from 100,000 to 200,000 square feet. Her experience working with a variety of project types has provided her with the unique skills needed to facilitate successful execution across design teams, engineers, and specialty consultants. Outside of work, whether camping outdoors or catching a Netflix special on the couch, Lisa enjoys all of life's simple pleasures with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.

Patrick Conly

Job Titles:
  • Director of Leasing
Patrick has been with Boston Urban since 2015. In his role as Director of Leasing, Patrick is focused on all aspects of deal-making for the firm on both a local and national level. Patrick has exclusively represented a long list of prominent landlord clients, both institution and high-net worth, including Nuveen, Green Cities Company, Boston Children's Hospital, Catamount Management, Related Beal, Equity Residential, Avalon, and Boylston Properties, as well as many others. Patrick has also helped both global and locally-based retailers and restaurants such as Breitling, LVMH, PPX Hospitality, Calzedonia, 7 For All Mankind, Cuts Clothing, Rhone, Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa, and SPiN - United by Ping Pong. Most recently, Patrick has successfully leased and/or re-positioned several high-profile assets in the core urban Boston market including Fenway Center, Hood Park, 201 Newbury Street, and 505 Tremont Street. Patrick has been named a Co-Star Power Broker on several different occasions. A native Vermonter, Patrick is a graduate of Western New England College and lives just south of Boston with his wife, two kids, and golden retriever.

Sarah Lunardo

Sarah joined Boston Urban in 2018, a few years after graduating from UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management. With her organizational and planning strengths, Boston Urban has been an environment that she has been able to build on and execute these skills. Team-oriented, she supports the deal-making members as well as the operational side of business. Outside of work Sarah resides in Dorchester and enjoys working out at various fitness studios across the city, cooking new recipes and exploring local coffee shops.

Sean Griffing

Sean is a restaurateur-turned-real estate advisor who deepens our expertise in the hospitality industry. A co-owner of TRADE, the James Beard-nominated restaurant in Boston's financial district, and Back Bay's Porto, Sean brings a gift for listening and an intimate understanding of the amenities that appeal most to Boston-area tenants. As demand for restaurants continues to grow and evolve, he plays a pivotal role in advising our clients on both new and reimagined urban developments. Sean has represented many institutional landlords, including Beacon Capital, Tishman Speyer, Lendlease, Synergy Investments and MetLife as well as local retailers A Street Hospitality, Oakberry, Boston Veterinary Clinic, and AXL Spin. A graduate of Northeastern University, Sean majored in Chemistry, honing his analytical mind and attention to detail. He and his wife Rebecca are the proud parents of two young girls. During his free time, Sean is an avid skier and cyclist. The latter of which he pursues with renewed intensity each August in support of the Pan Mass Challenge.
