Shelley switched to the private sector and continued to advance her career with a focus on Budgets, Planning and Forecasting. Shelley joined Black Belyea Private Wealth Management in 2016, primarily supporting her husband Tim in advanced financial planning. She enjoys many outdoor activities including downhill skiing, snowshoeing, running, camping, and boating.

Tim has been engaged with the financial planning industry since 1994, with focus on life insurance prior to that. He has been successfully helping businesses and individuals grow and protect their wealth for over 22 years. Tim constantly improves his expertise through industry training and by working with the top tax and estate planning specialists in the area. His understanding of challenges and planning opportunities faced by business owners help him maintain solid long term multi-generational client relationships. Tim lives on the Kingston Peninsula with his family. They enjoy many outdoor activities, particularly those involving the Saint John River. He has held various volunteer roles serving that area, along with a diverse and widespread client base in Southern New Brunswick.
