BRIGHTON YOUTH WRESTLING CLUB

The BYW coaching staff hopes to instill a love of the sport of wrestling in youth wrestlers. A practice plan will guide each session to allow the wrestlers to have fun while learning the sport. Wrestlers will work on technique, conditioning, and live wrestling throughout the season. Games will be used to introduce and reinforce technique. Practice will be a positive environment where wrestlers learn the importance of being a good partner. Our goal is that your wrestlers enjoy the learning process, develop increased confidence in their abilities, and build a sense of camaraderie with their teammates through a spirit of hard work and shared experience.
