Dr. P. Guilbaud has over 25 years of experience leading, designing, and managing technology-enhanced training, professional development, and faculty development programs. Dr. P. Guilbaud's research examines ways in which advanced technologies such as Extended Reality (XR), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning (ML) combined with learner-centered pedagogy (e.g., Adaptive Learning, Problem-based Learning, and Experiential Learning) can be leveraged for the purpose of strengthening education and workforce development and improvement, particularly in the STEM fields. As COO and co-founder of BrightSpokes Learning, Dr. P. Guilbaud leads the development, implementation, validation of all technical, operations, and service innovations for the company. Dr. P. Guilbaud holds a PhD in Learning Systems and Technology, a master's degree in Systems Engineering, and an MBA, all from the University of Virginia. Dr. P. Guilbaud also holds a BSBA in finance from the University of Florida.
Dr. T.C. Guilbaud brings over 20 years of experience leading, supporting, and developing printed and digital educational contents to facilitate teaching and learning improvements in K-12 and post-secondary academic settings. An experienced trainer and facilitator, Dr. T.C. Guilbaud's research focuses on examining how information and new technologies can be used to level the playing for working professionals, URM, and learners with disabilities who are seeking to pursue academic training or career opportunities in STEM-related fields. Dr. T.C. Guilbaud holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a master's degree in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
