BROOKSIDE CIVIC ASSOCIATION

Founded in 1956 by twenty family members, the Brookside Civic Association is a non-profit organization of area resident volunteers who represent the 400+ families in our neighborhood. The BCA strives to create and maintain a safe and family-oriented community in which to live. The BCA is governed by a Board of Trustees. A trustee is a resident volunteer elected by the members, and each trustee represents an area of homes within the neighborhood. Officers of the BCA are chosen by the Board. The BCA monitors matters of community interest pertaining to government, education, streets and drainage, sewage disposal and water, public safety and protection, zoning (including deed restrictions), social, recreational, and cultural endeavors and any other matters of general interest brought to the attention of the Association.
