Andrei Balazs is responsible for leading business development and investment activities for Brookfield Renewable's U.S. business.
Mr. Balazs joined Brookfield Renewable in 2017 as a member of the Renewable Power Investments team, focused on investment opportunities in North America. Prior to joining Brookfield Renewable, he spent over five years in investment banking at a large Canadian financial institution covering the power and utilities sector.
Mr. Balazs holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Brian Krall - Chief Commercial Officer

Brian Krall is Chief Commercial Officer for Brookfield Renewable's U.S. business, responsible for all commercial initiatives including trading, origination, business development, asset optimization, regulatory affairs and policy. Mr. Krall joined Brookfield in March of 2021, bringing more than 20 years of energy industry experience with expertise in the wholesale and retail energy markets.
Brian was Regional Vice President, New England prior to moving to his most recent role. Before joining Brookfield he held a variety of leadership roles at Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G), Hess Energy Marketing, and Direct Energy Business, focused on commercial management and trading roles in the power and gas markets.
Mr. Krall holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rider University.

Mr. Talamo joined Brookfield in 2018, bringing 20-plus years of experience in the energy industry. He spent the majority of his career prior to Brookfield Renewable with Morgan Stanley in Commodities Sales & Trading, where he held commercial management and trading roles focused on power markets.
Mr. Talamo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Business Administration from the Binghamton University School of Management.

Michael Tebbutt is Chief Financial Officer for Brookfield Renewable's U.S. business, overseeing all finance activities for the U.S. Platform, including accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, capital markets and risk management.
Mr. Tebbutt joined Brookfield Renewable U.S. as Chief Financial Officer in July 2020 following the completion of Brookfield Renewable's merger with TerraForm Power, where he also served as CFO. Prior to TerraForm Power, Mr. Tebbutt has held senior positions at Brookfield, as Chief Financial Officer at Brookfield Properties in its U.S. retail business and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Infrastructure Asia Pacific's operations. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Tebbutt worked at accounting firm PwC in New York and Sydney.
Mr. Tebbutt holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is a Chartered Accountant.

Since joining Brookfield Renewable in 2012, Mr. Hirsch has held several leadership roles in Risk Management, supporting the business during its rapid growth phase in the U.S. Mr. Hirsch has extensive business leadership experience, including serving as the CEO of a construction services company with more than 100 employees and as the co-founder of an alternative asset management firm.
Mr. Hirsch holds an executive MBA in Financial Engineering and Banking from the Hebrew University.

Before joining Brookfield Renewable in 2018, Mr. Hennessey worked on federal energy, transportation and tax policy for Tesla and Tesla Energy (formerly SolarCity). Prior to Tesla/SolarCity, he served as Director of Legislative Affairs and General Counsel for the Solar Energy Industries Association.
Mr. Hennessey earned a JD from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Oberlin College.

In 2017, Stephen joined Brookfield Renewable Europe before moving to the U.S. business in 2019, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as Chief Commercial Officer. Steve Eckert is Vice President of Commercial Development for Brookfield Renewable's U.S. business, responsible for structuring and providing commercial support for complex and longer-term transactions across the regions.
Mr. Eckert joined Brookfield Renewable in 2010, drawing from nearly 30 years of experience in the electric utility sector, including as a lead developer for an offshore wind project and a 1,000-megawatt hydroelectric facility in British Columbia. He also served as the CEO of a mid-sized power marketing firm and spent 16 years in various roles at Duke Energy, becoming Senior Vice President of Duke Energy's Latin America operations.
Mr. Eckert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Queens College. He is a registered professional engineer.

Mr. Deedy's leadership has been critical in implementing Brookfield Renewable's business unit in the U.S., contributing significantly to its rapid growth. Mr. Deedy joined Brookfield Renewable in 2009, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Operations. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience in generation, transmission, as well as mergers and acquisitions, project development, construction and marketing.

Ms. Gupta joined Brookfield in early 2021 with over 20 years of energy experience. She has led all aspects of renewable and traditional energy asset management with a background in legal, investment banking, and commercial and asset development.
Ms. Gupta holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. from State University of New York-Albany.
