Booking BSDC requires a contract signature from the General Manager or Owner of the company, and 50% payment before we book our travel to you. Refunds due to cancellations on the clients part are not accepted... BSDC final reports are given via zoom or facetime one week after we complete our review, or in person on request for extended days. We are happy to drive company vehicles or stay in managers homes on our visits to create a deeper client/company relation, for a discounted rate... Refunds are not given for lack of results, period, as we strive to give others the tools to succeed, but we cannot make others use the tools correctly.
