Bryan's interest in real estate began at a young age, and by the time he attended Brigham Young University, he was laying the groundwork for the career path that led to Beam & Co. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at BYU where he was also a member of the Investment Banking Club, Real Estate Club, Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs, and Beta Alpha Psi. He gained experience at GMAC in their Real Estate Finance Group, as well as in the Real Estate Audit and Risk Enterprises Group at Deloitte & Touche... After graduation, Bryan lived in New York City where he worked at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Division - Securitized Products Group.
