Brody International was established in 2009 by Eric and Rosemary Brody. Eric has been in the meat business since 1969, working for his father Albert Brody at Brooks Provisions out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After many years of working for other people, he decided it was best to start his own company. Once of age and proper experience, each of his three sons joined the family business. After initially starting the business in Vineland, the family later moved to Atlantic City, where they focused on building their business among the wonderful people and their traditions.
