Our history is a testament to our values. As a minority-owned small business enterprise, we started by providing energy consulting services to small commercial buildings. From there we found purpose in the simple premise that all people have a right to clean air and a sustainable future... Burch Energy builds opportunity in the clean energy future for marginalized people with an intentional focus on Black, Indigenous, and people of color. We innovate in the digital age by prioritizing healthy air and conscientious energy stewardship in our communities and buildings. We sustain the growing path to equity, championing the limitless value of diversity... Burch Energy brings both seasoned staff and staff with fresh perspectives to contribute on the front lines of utility program delivery. Our experience stack includes seven engineers, a four-person leadership team, and two DEI workforce development specialists.
