He excels in advisory services, board governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial management, corporate finance, tax planning, and risk management. Mr. Lau holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and prestigious designations including FCCA, CFA, CTA, and CFE. With executive roles such as executive director, CFO, company secretary, and authorized representative in listed companies and multinational enterprises across the UK, EMEA, APAC, and the US, he brings a wealth of expertise. Currently, Mr. Lau serves in advisory capacities, fractional CFO, and non-executive director roles for multinational companies and biotechnology companies.
Carsten Klocke is an experienced and well networked entrepreneur in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
Carsten has gained over 20 years of experience as co-owner of the KLOCKE GRUPPE, a group of consolidated companies working in the field of contract manufacturing and packaging. IDT Biologika GmbH, a Germany-based CDMO specialized in biotechnological manufacturing of viral vectors and immunotherapeutics, also belongs to the KLOCKE GRUPPE.

Dr. Peter Stangier is a results-driven entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. He has broad knowledge of the Global Pharmaceutical Industry and extensive experience in Strategy & Planning, Market & Competitive Analysis, Forecasting & Financial Valuation, Business Development, and Sales Force Sizing & Effectiveness.
He started his career with F. Hoffmann-La Roche where he held several Affiliate and Global Sales & Marketing Support roles of increasing seniority to the position of Global Head of Pharma Business Strategic Planning. This strategic planning role involved all of Roche Pharma brands and indications in close interaction with R&D and Licensing.
Later Peter Stangier became Director Strategic Planning and Commercial Services EMEA at Alexion Pharma International, a global leader in development and commercialization of orphan drugs.
In 2013, he founded From Data to Decisions, providing Consulting Services to early stage Life Science Companies.

Sascha Bossow, PhD is an experienced scientist in virology and cancer biology. He obtained his PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Munich.
After working with paramyxoviruses at the Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry, he joined Guy's Virotherapy group at the NCT Heidelberg in 2009.
From 2015 to 2019, Sascha gained expertise in the pre-GMP manufacturing process for oncolytic measles viruses and other RNA viruses at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute in Canada. Currently, he is responsible for the manufacturing process of the measles virus platform at CanVirex.

Tobias Speck is an experienced scientist in virology and cancer immunology. He obtained his Bachelors and Masters degree in Molecular Biotechnology from the University of Heidelberg.
In 2014, Tobias joined Guy's Virotherapy group and obtained his PhD in the development of immunomodulatory oncolytic measles viruses at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg.

Werner Tschollar founded CanVirex AG together with Prof. Dr. Dr. Guy Ungerechts. He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and financing industries.
Werner held executive positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Princeton, Schering Plough and Novartis, founded several biotech companies and was a co-founder of a large private equity fund in Geneva.
Werner has an MD degree and is board certified in clinical pharmacology, holds a degree in Pharmacy and has an MBA.

Peter Willinger has 20+ years of experience as CFO of private and publicly listed companies. Guy Ungerechts MD, PhD, is the Deputy Director of the Medical Oncology Department at the Heidelberg University Hospital and National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg.
Guy is also head of the Division Virotherapy at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Heidelberg and coordinates the German Virotherapy Consortium.
His clinical focus is on gastrointestinal oncology with particular interests in translational medicine and early clinical trials of immuno(viro)therapy.
Guy has been responsible for the development and conduction of several Phase I/II and III trials with oncolytic viruses derived from different platforms including oncolytic measles virus, vaccinia virus (JX-594), parvovirus H-1 and herpes simplex virus (T-Vec).

Ltd. in marketing and held various positions in its Pharmaceutical Divisions with posts in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in Lima, Peru and finally as Regional Manager of the Pharmaceutical Division in China, South-East Asia and Hong Kong.
In 1992, he founded his own law firm, and has since been active as a member of a variety of Board of Directors and Board of Trustees among them Banque Heritage SA, Save the Children Switzerland, ITG International Takhi Group, EastPharma Ltd.
