Bruce Grant is a thorough and tenacious civil litigation lawyer. He has over twenty years of experience conducting all aspects of insurance, commercial and personal injury litigation. Bruce brings major strengths in oral advocacy, trial preparation and legal research to his clients' cases. He also offers his clients additional skills in dispute resolution, file management and providing opinions on a wide variety of legal issues. In addition to his focus on litigation and insurance issues, Bruce also practices in the areas of construction law and employment law. A graduate of UNB with a law degree in 1995, Bruce received the prestigious Stikeman Elliot Prize in Corporate Taxation. During law school he was editor-in-chief of the UNB law journal. In 2001 Bruce completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at Osgoode Hall. Bruce has also been an instructor for the New Brunswick Society Bar Admission Course on Civil Procedure and regularly lectures at CLE sessions around the Province.

Olivia obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2020 from the University of New Brunswick, Saint John, with a double major in Psychology and French. She graduated with distinction and was awarded the W.H. Harrison Prize for Conversational French. In 2023, Olivia graduated with distinction from the University of New Brunswick's Juris Doctor program. She was awarded the Lawson A.W. Hunter, Q.C. Prize in the Conflict of Laws. During law school, Olivia helped found the Health Law and Bioethics Club and was an editor for the school's newspaper, De Jure. Olivia began working at Canty Lutz Grant in 2022. She is now articling at the firm and will be called to the New Brunswick bar in June 2024.
