We hired him to manage our single family home in Arlington, and it wouldnt have gone better so far. Being accidental landlords (we were moving, and didnt want to sell) we had a LOT of questions - Jimmy and all his associates I interacted with were extremely patient, professional and transparent in their communications. They make the time to talk to you in detail, no hurry, no pressure - just measured details and answers.
Most of my communications with Jimmy were via email - short, to the point and efficient - really the best you can ask when you have other things in life to attend to.

He is quick to respond to problems, is easy to get a hold of and is honest and up front with what needs to be done. If something needs to be fixed it is done in a very timely manner and he keeps you in the loop so you know what to expect. He is easy to work with and accommodates his time to your needs.
