Ingrid Foster RN is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Nursing for Care First Home Health. She has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a focus in home health care. She has worked at the bedside as a clinician in home health to serving as Area Vice President of Operations and Administrator for large home health companies. She has a history of working in critical care, long term care and pain management. Her strengths include team building, strategic planning, performance improvement and process improvement.

Jeffrey Jeter

Experienced executive in the health care sector, focusing on General Counsel and Corporate Compliance duties. He is an active leader in health care compliance, served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Louisiana Department of Justice, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel for Amedisys Inc., one of the nation's largest publicly traded home health and hospice companies, Special Counsel in the Health Care Practice for Jones Walker, LLP and as General Counsel for Adroit Health Group, LLC.

Joseph Martin Griffin

Job Titles:

Joseph Griffin, M.D. is a vascular surgeon certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. He received the Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University and completed both his general surgery and 2-year vascular surgery fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He is also a member of multiple professional associations and an active member of the community and is focused on improving patients' overall vascular health. He is a partner with Vascular Specialty Center in which he treats all diseases of the vascular system. He served as Medical Director of the Limbs for Life program at Baton Rouge General Hospital. He currently holds the position of Section Chief of Vascular Surgery at Baton Rouge General Hospital. Serves as a key opinion leader with multiple medical companies to improve cardio/vascular care. He does active research and has participated in multiple studies, all trying to improve cardio/vascular. He is married with two children and is active in his church.
