Bobby became a member of CTS in 2015, bringing with him 7 years of IT support experience. Along with his certifications, he has extensive experience and knowledge across a wide array of systems networks and services.

Brandon became the newest member of the CTS team in 2023. He holds CompTIA A+ certifications in computer hardware and software operating systems. Brandon is detail-oriented, highly skilled at resolving issues quickly, and dedicated to consistently bringing the best service possible to our clients.

Leslie Hicks - CEO

Leslie is the CEO of Cardinal Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTS). He is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience in network administration, technology training, management and customer support. He has proven success in multiple industries with building and managing teams, developing solutions and creating results for both large and small organizations. His certifications in networking, hardware, and client / server operating systems coupled with his experience and passion for technology enable him to present solutions to clients that are both economical and time saving. He has an Associate of Science in Network Engineering with concentration in Microsoft and Cisco products. Leslie served honorably with the United States Marines and is a veteran of Operation Desert Shield, Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Sabre. His awards and decorations include the Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Meritorious Unit Commendation, National Defense Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait).
