The Council of Black Architecture and Engineering Companies (CBAEC) is a consortium of highly qualified architecture and engineering firms that provide expert professional planning, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications, bid/negotiation, construction administration and post-construction services for both private and public sector clients. This consortium allows member firms to expand their capacity by combining resources for the pursuit and acquisition of larger commissions that will facilitate the growth and economic development of participating firms
