CATHOLIC TEACHERS COLLEGE

The Catholic Teachers College is a non-profit 501(C)3 Educational Agency established in 1929 pursuant to the provisions of the Rhode Island Non-Profit Corporation Act. The agency is a service provider of professional learning opportunities, activities and resources for teachers and administrators in Catholic elementary and secondary schools. The College functions as a forum for Catholic school educators to collaborate on research-based teaching strategies, to explore innovations and best practices in classroom management, data analysis, assessments, curriculum design, school governance and management, leadership development and formation, and to conduct educational programs and services for the teachers and administrators in Rhode Island Catholic schools. The College, at times, contracts with other educational service providers to provide professional learning opportunities and activities.
