Shoals Hospice was founded in 2018 by a group of Northwest Alabama hospice professionals with a desire to provide quality, personalized care to our community. With an emphasis on meeting the needs of residents of the Shoals and surrounding areas, our team consists of local, experienced caregivers. We are independent, locally operated and community minded. We hold dear to our hearts the patient/family focus of hospice care... At Shoals Hospice, we provide clinical care as well as emotional and spiritual support to our clients with the goal of enhancing quality of life when faced with a life-limiting illness... Our close partnerships with both Mitchell-Hollingsworth and Shoals Home Healthcare allows us the understanding of what each patient needs when facing a life-limiting illness. The Shoals Hospice team provides expertise in pain and symptom management, as well as emotional and spiritual support for our patients and their families.
