We offer skilled nursing services at all of our locations with professionally trained nursing staff... CCC care home offers individualized care planning with monthly assessments with the family to ensure everyone's needs are cared for, and we all are happy. We want to know your revelations and concerns. If there is something we could do better, your input would be appreciated. We are all family here. Our service will include assisted outings such as shopping and luncheons... The owner and operator have extensive experience as an Assisted living manager and caregiver. She is CNA and Caregiver certified with an administrative license and has worked in several nursing homes; as a result, she knows that it takes a skilled hand to care and understand patience and love. She is hands-on with all her residents offering a pristine home healthy meal, weekly facials, weekly outings, and fun activities for the residents and their families. We are a private pay facility as of now.
