Our team, led by Dr. Angela Vigna, specializes in treating adolescents and adults who struggle controlling emotions and have impulsive behaviors that often result in harmful long-term consequences, particularly behaviors such as suicidal ideation, self-harm and intense aggression. We specialize in treating disorders that often feature emotion dysregulation and impulsivity such as depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, DMDD, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder... Central Coast DBT offers DBT programs for adults/adolescents and we provide individual and family therapy, DBT skills training groups, case management, phone coaching and assessment as needed.
