Opportunities came and we founded Cecilia Design and Build, which later became our well-known LUKA BUILDERS. Cecilia has a degree in Interior Design from Palermo University (Argentina). And Sergio is a Business Administrator from the Bolivian Private University (UPB) and has a Master's degree in Marketing (Madrid), he is also a builder that builds all Cecilia's creations.
