Anand Dandapani is CCS Learning Academy's Director of Global Education. He has nearly 3 decades of multi-functional experience in the training industry in Business Operations, Education Delivery Management, Quality, Process & Systems, Product, Employee Skilling, New Initiatives Implementation, and Large Project management. He has a deep understanding of the L&D domain coupled with passion, diligence, and attention to detail in any task that he undertakes. Anand ensures that business and training initiatives are addressed multidimensionally with an eye toward creating a positive impact for our customers.
With over 20 years' global experience, Hitesh Jain is a proven strategic and innovative Group CFO & COO for CCS Global Tech and CEO of CCS Learning Academy. Leading diverse teams in the IT services, finance, and educational industry, he has rapidly established global offices increasing both company size and revenues. His passion for nurturing young IT enthusiasts has strengthened CCS Learning Academy and supported multiple levels of technology training. In his spare time, he loves spending quality time with his family, exploring new places, mountaineering, and hiking.

Josh Prado is our Veteran Talent & Development Program Manager. He holds a Master's degree in Adult Education & Training, which he uses with his extensive business acumen to create an environment specifically for tech-savvy Veterans transitioning into civilian life. As a Navy Veteran, himself, Josh is highly attuned to this demographic and their unique needs. His commitment to adult education makes him an effective leader who keeps this specialized program relevant and moving forward. Josh is a San Diego, CA native. In his spare time, he enjoys being in the California sunshine playing basketball, hiking, riding motorcycles, and walking on the beach.
Maurice Wilson is on CCS Learning Academy's Board of Advisors. A retired Navy Master Chief Petty Officer with 25 years of service, Maurice is the President/Executive Director of the National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. (NVTSI), a non-profit organization he co-founded with retired Rear Admiral Ronne Froman after serving as an advisory member for the Call of Duty Endowment (CODE). Wilson is listed in the San Diego Business Journal's 2016/17 Book of 500 Influential Business Leaders and is the 2017 California 39th Senate District Veteran of the Year.
