Founded in 2006, and formerly known as CG&J Enterprises, LLC, C&G Properties, Inc quickly transitioned from a part-time hobby to a viable full time venture. Over the years we have invested in residential, commercial, and mobile home type properties. At the core of our business is the belief of treating the people we do business with honestly and with integrity. We pride ourselves in being one of the rare companies that if our staff tells you something; you can count on it!... Launched on September 12, 2022, our mission is to provide common solutions to people working within the mobile home park and RV park industry. In turn, the park information they provide, while using our solutions, helps to maintain our mobile home park data center... Established in 2006, C Properties, Inc will be launching it's new product MHParks.com to help anyone in the mobile home park industry evolve their workflow!
