CHABIYORI was started with the desire to bring not only delicious, but also safe and reliable organically grown Japanese tea and authentic Japanese teaware to people around the world... The owner was born in Japan, raised in Tokyo, and worked as a graphic designer. She enjoyed tea time more than anything, as it gave her a break from her busy life. It was during this time that she rediscovered how the taste of tea changes depending on the materials used for the teaware, and the rich and profound tea culture that is unique to Japan.
