BRENDAN L. WARD, is a Nahant resident, attended St. John's Prep in Danvers and subsequently received his Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and his JD from New England School of Law.
Brendan has received extensive training and coaching in Estate Planning that sets him apart from his peers through Wealth Counsel and the Family Wealth Planning Institute.
Brendan continues to focus on estate planning for families with young children, same sex couples, together with elder care and intervention, trust and estate administration. His skills provide a depth of knowledge in probate practice and asset protection. Brendan in addition to estate planning and trust & estate administration, works on real estate conveyancing helping both buyers and sellers in the sale of real estate.
Brendan spends a great deal of time volunteering in his local community. He is the past president of the Copley Society of Art Circle, past chairman of the town of Nahant Advisory & Finance Committee, the Secretary of local non-profit 01908, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Family & Children Services of Greater Lynn, a member of the Board of Directors of the Lynn Boys and Girls Club, and Trustee of the Lynn Home for the Elderly.

Nathaniel received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon in 2009 and earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2015.
Nathaniel has devoted his life to seeking equality and fighting for justice for all people. He spent 8 years advocating alongside the work of the Sierra Service Project. While obtaining his Juris Doctor, Nathaniel earned his place as a lawyering fellow with the prestigious Northeastern Social Justice Project.
Nathaniel is a resident of Lynn, and firm believer in the potential of this City. He is passionate about achieving the best possible result for his clients. His goal is to reach as many people as possible and to connect them with legal resources and dignity they are owed.
Attorney Spinney practices Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Estate Planning/Probate law. Since 2016, Nathaniel has been a member of the award-winning Essex County Bar Advocates Association handling indigent criminal defense in the Superior, District and Juvenile Courts.
Nicole was born and raised in Lynn, Ma. Her love for her community has always been at the center of her work. Nicole's resume boasts 10 years of bank management, launching and running a small non profit, and championing parents through early intervention, to be better advocates for their kids.
It was motherhood which lead Nicole to paralegal work. Nicole partnered in the launch of a small lynn based criminal defense legal practice, Highrock Legal. It was in the role of legal secretary that Nicole began to understand that her clients needed more than a legal defense, but often times they needed dignity and love. After Highrock Legal merged to form Cherry Tree Legal, Nicole invested in her passion, and graduated from a local paralegal program with excellence.
When she's out of the office she enjoys being in her community, going on walks, and being with her husband and two littles at home. She loves being outside. Nicole also helps at her son's school and enjoys having a blast playing with 15 three year olds two days a week.
