Emmett was born and raised in Madison and has been a competitive athlete throughout his life. Emmett graduated from James Madison Memorial High School and earned a scholarship to play college football at Bemidji State University. After graduation, he landed in the property management industry and has loved it ever since. Emmett's accomplishments in competitive sports can be attributed to his natural abilities in leadership and communication, which he also brings every day to his important role as Field Technician at Top Level Property Management.
When not fielding maintenance calls or inspecting our properties, Emmett likes to spend his time in the gym, playing recreational sports, catching the latest movie, or spending time with his beloved dog, Finn.
Gwen was born and raised in Madison, WI and loves the capital city she calls home. After graduating high school, Gwen pursued her passion for animals by entering the veterinary industry where she coordinated the care of many animals and fostered their growth and development in addition to training in animal behavior and nutrition.
Although Gwen will forever have a passion for animals, her career drive and curiosity led her to her new role in the real estate industry as the Team Coordinator for the Cheng Real Estate Group. Gwen holds an extremely important and crucial role for the team and her responsibilities are an integral part of the team's operations. From dissecting real estate contracts to planning parties, Gwen does it all!
In her free time, you can find Gwen walking and playing with her dog, reading, or doing art. She enjoys interior design and decorating as a hobby. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie and loves to try new cuisines and cultures.

Hui Cheng has worked in real estate since 1998. Her years of experience help to provide sound advice and exceptional service to all of her clients. Having moved from China to the US many years ago, Hui knows exactly what is like to go through big life changes. She uses this knowledge to anticipate her clients' questions and concerns, and guide them through the buying or selling process with ease.
Hui is fluent in English and Mandarin, which makes her one of the go-to realtors for the growing Chinese community in Madison, which she's very involved with. Hui has been the volunteer Principal of the Madison Hope Chinese School for 13 years, which serves children adopted from China and their families. Through her work there she focuses on inspiring young minds and bridging cultures. Her passion for the real estate business and the community she serves has made her a success in the industry. Hunter is a Wisconsin native with a zest for business and an appetite for success. Hunter found his entrepreneurial spirit at the early age of 8 when he launched his own snow removal and landscaping business. His passion developed into a love for real estate and investment properties, which is how he became a part of the Top Level Property Management team. Hunter's clients love his energetic personality, strong work ethic, and unmatched knowledge of the inner workings of rental properties.
In his free time, Hunter enjoys weight lifting, motorcycles, cliff diving, and all things adrenaline! He also loves spending time with his precious pooch, Sapphire.

Jack is the founder and President of the Cheng Real Estate Group, one of the top performing real estate teams in Wisconsin. Having lived in China, the United Kingdom, New York City, and Boston, Jack is also familiar with the challenges of the relocation and moving process. Jenna was born and raised in Appleton, WI. After studying political science and public policy, she graduated from UW-Madison in 2021 and has lived in the city ever since.
Jenna managed a local coffee shop before joining the team, and it was there that she learned building close relationships with clients is her favorite part of any job. Jenna offers a unique perspective in which she wants to fully understand any situation at hand before solving it so she can do so effectively and efficiently, as well as be able to explain the process to everyone involved once the problem has been remedied.
When Jenna is out of the office she enjoys an active lifestyle, game nights with friends, trying new coffee shops and exploring the greater Madison area.

Kathryn is from Columbia County, where she lived most of her life until moving to Madison seeking new career opportunities. Kathryn has worked in sales, property management, and as a supervisor throughout the years. Out of all the positions she's held, her favorite one has always been that of property manager. This is why, when she learned about the chance to work at a well-established Madison real estate agency, she jumped at the opportunity.
Kathryn is passionate about her career. She understands the importance of keeping the whole portfolio organized and of responding promptly to requests and questions from clients. She's always willing to go above and beyond for her clients and make sure that everyone involved has the best experience possible.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. She's known for always being willing to lend a helping hand and encouraging those in her life to pursue their dreams-and she can't wait to do the same for her clients.
Lisa was born in Mississippi, raised near the crystal coasts of North Carolina, and moved to Wisconsin in the fall of 2023 to be closer to family. With a BA and MS from East Carolina University she has garnered a strong work ethic and a dedication to serving the people around her. Her experience in management has brought her from customer service, to sales, and then to hospitality management which led her into property management. In this field she has found the perfect marriage of problem solving and client interaction while still giving herself time to take in the joys of life.
In her free time she enjoys engaging in performance art, going to events to support her community, and is a fiction writer! When she isn't being a social butterfly she can always be found daydreaming with her nose in a book or out in nature.

Lydia was born and raised in South Carolina and moved to the Madison area in 2021. She has loved the change in weather and is enjoying everything the Midwest has to offer. Some of the things she enjoys doing most are; finding the restaurant with the best cheese curds, enjoying a friday night fish fry, hiking and camping at Governor Dodge, and trying the many coffee shops in her new hometown.
Lydia brings many years of office management and property management experience, along with great organizational and customer service skills to the team, thus making her an invaluable asset. Our clients also love her warm and friendly smile!
Rachael grew up in the charming small town of Prairie du Sac, where she still currently resides, owning a home just a few blocks from her childhood home. In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as her beloved dog Koda. She also enjoys playing sports and being active. Any weekend or evening spent on the softball field with friends and teammates is time well spent for her.
Rachael has many years of experience in the HOA management field and is driven and passionate about any task or project she undertakes. Rachael treats every property she manages as if it were her own, and her objective is always to help our owners and associations reach their goals!
