Our main focus is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, used as a self defense and martial art. We offer minion, youth and adult programs... In addition, we offer a weekly Judo class to enhance our takedowns for those interested in competing... Choka U Gym is home to the Carlson Gracie Jiu Jitsu Team. We also offer wrestling, cardio boxing, judo and muay thai kick-boxing in a family-safe environment. Welcome to Choka U Gym, home of the Carlson Gracie Team -Tomah. Our main focus is Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, used as a self defense but we will offer Cross-Training in Wrestling, Cardio Boxing, with Judo and Muay Thai Kick-boxing on weekends. Throughout the rest of our facility we have kicking & boxing bags, cardio machines, and free weights. Our number one goal is to offer a fun, family-safe environment, while teaching the gentle art of Jiu-Jitsu.
