Miles Williams

Chef/ Owner Miles Williams, was born and raised in Gorham, NH and is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT. While attending culinary school he worked for restaurants around New England including Le Languedoc Bistro, Nantucket MA, and 118 Main in Montpelier, VT to name a few. After culinary school Miles landed a position for famed chef Lee Richardson at the heavily awarded Capital Hotel in Little Rock, AR working for both of the hotels esteemed restaurants. Missing his New England roots, Miles then moved to Boston, MA to accept a chef position at Bostonia Public House. Seeking a more challenging position Miles went on to work for award winning chef Tony Maws, at his restaurants Craigie on Main and The Kirkland Tap & Trotter. Miles returned to the Mount Washington Valley area in 2018 and worked as a chef of the White Mountain Cider Company. He then accepted a head chef position at SAaLT & Libby's Bistro in his home town of Gorham, NH. After two years of searching for the right restaurant to purchase, Miles rejoined the White Mountain Cider Company in April of 2021 to begin his transition of ownership. Miles thanks the outstanding staff and guests for making this restaurant the wonderful establishment that it is today!
