The Clement Foundation was created through a private endowment by Dr. Ikenna Okezie and Etomgi Okezie. With their combined experience in health care and the social sciences, they are focused on addressing the financial stressors associated with social determinants of health, which are non-medical factors that impact health outcomes... In communities across the country, many people struggle to improve their health due to a lack of access and resources. The Clement Foundation aims to enhance our grantees' well-being by providing additional funds that can be used to address those non-medical factors... We want to collaborate with our grantees and partners to build healthy and vibrant communities where every individual can thrive.
