Adrian is a Director within Colliers Global Investors with over 35 years' experience in the UK commercial property market. He is the Fund Manager for Derbyshire Pension Fund (the Derbyshire County Council pension fund property portfolio).
He originally gained early experience across all types of property investment work, before moving across to property fund management and was primarily involved with the management of two of Colliers Global Investors' long standing segregated pension fund mandates - Leicestershire County Council and the Smiths Group property pension funds. He now formulates and implements strategy for Derbyshire Pension Fund, undertaking transactions and overseeing asset and property management, valuations and performance measurement. The Fund has outperformed its benchmark in every year under management.
Adrian holds an honours degree in Land Management, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is registered as an authorised person with the UK Financial Services Authority.

Nicholas is a Director of Colliers Global Investors with over 24 years' experience in the commercial real estate market including the Continental European investment markets where he has actively advised on properties across the region. He is involved with the development of new funds as well as the company's international investment activities.
He is a director of the Merchant Properties Investment Fund and he has been the property adviser to the Premier Property Options Fund. He holds a number of board positions on various investment vehicles in Europe. Nicholas holds an honours degree in Urban Estate Management, an RICS Diploma in Property Investment, is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and registered as an authorised person with the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Nigel is head of Colliers Global Investors UK with responsibility for total assets under management in excess of £900m and for new business development.
He has over 30 years' experience in the UK commercial property market, and he acts as Fund Manager to S.I. Pension Trustees Ltd and Leicestershire County Council Pension Fund. Nigel's role includes the formulation of investment strategies, implementation of purchases and sales, client liaison, overseeing performance analysis, valuations and asset management. Both funds have out performed their respective benchmarks over the long term.
Nigel holds an Honours Degree in Urban Estates Surveying, is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, is a member of the Investment Property Forum and is an approved person with the Financial Conduct Authority.
As a Director at Colliers Global Investors, Tim has over 40 years' experience in the UK commercial property market. Prior to the merger of Gooch Webster and Colliers CRE, Tim was Chairman of the Management Board of Gooch & Wagstaff. Tim currently acts as Property Fund Manager to Staffordshire Pension Fund, a role he has had since 1991.
His role involves the formulation of investment strategy, implementation of sales and purchases, directing asset management initiatives, and overseeing day to day asset management. He is also Account Director for Derbyshire Pension Fund. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Westminster Abbey.
